Privacy
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, order number if you give one, and your message. We use them only to answer you. We don’t sell or share your information, and we don’t add you to any mailing list.
Purchases happen on the shop where you buy, such as Etsy. That shop handles your payment and order details under its own privacy policy.
Want your messages deleted? Email support@ncxo.com and we’ll remove them.
Terms of use
When you buy an NCXO file, you get a license to use it for personal projects and for your own small business. You can print it, edit it and use it as often as you like. You can sell physical items you make with our cut files, as long as they’re small-batch and handmade by you.
You can’t resell, share or give away the files themselves, whether original or edited. The files remain the property of NCXO.
Refunds
Refunds follow the policy of the shop where you bought the file, such as Etsy. If a file won’t open or doesn’t match its description, email us first. We’ll help you get it working or send a corrected file.
